Terms and conditions

Welcome to Photobooth Luxembourg! Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions governing our photo booth rental service. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Reservation Process

  • Send us your request through the website. We confirm availability within 24 hours. No payment is due at this step.
  • To reserve your date, pay a deposit of 20% of the rental price on the invoice we send you. The date is reserved once we receive the deposit.
  • The balance is invoiced after the event. Communes and public bodies receive their invoice through Peppol or MyGuichet.lu.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel more than 7 calendar days before the event, the deposit is refunded in full.
  • If you cancel within 7 calendar days before the event, the deposit is not refunded.

1.3 Transport

  • Transport is included in Luxembourg City and neighbouring towns. Further away it costs €0.90 per km from Luxembourg City, counted one way.

2. Use of the Photo Booth

2.1 Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of all event attendees while using the photo booth.
  • Any damage or misuse of the equipment will be the client’s financial responsibility.

2.2 Venue Access

  • The client must ensure the venue provides adequate space and electrical access for the photo booth setup.

2.3 Branding and Customization

  • As part of our standard setup, Photobooth Luxembourg includes subtle branding in the form of our logo and/or website URL (“photo-booth.lu”) on the printed photos and on the backside of the photo booth, even when customized for the event. These brand elements are positioned discreetly and do not interfere with the main design or personalization.

3. Images and Data

3.1 Image Rights

  • Photobooth Luxembourg reserves the right to use any images taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.

3.2 Data Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the event will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the photo booth service.

4. Technical Issues

4.1 Equipment Failure

  • In the rare event of technical difficulties, Photobooth Luxembourg will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the booth is unable to operate, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Liability

5.1 Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Photobooth Luxembourg from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Photobooth Luxembourg’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Force Majeure

  • Photobooth Luxembourg shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
