How to order

  1. Written quote

    Send the date, place and number of guests. The quote shows prices excl. and incl. VAT.

  2. Purchase order

    The department in charge sends us its purchase order.

  3. Electronic invoice

    Invoice through Peppol or MyGuichet.lu: a 20% deposit reserves the date, the balance follows after the event.

In Luxembourg, invoices to public bodies go through Peppol or MyGuichet.lu, not by e-mail.
