Welcome to Photobooth Luxembourg! Please take a moment to carefully review the following terms and conditions governing our photo booth rental service. By engaging our services, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 Reservation Process

  • To secure your booking, please complete the payment of the full rental fee through our secure online checkout page, facilitated by the trusted payment system, Stripe.

1.2 Cancellation Policy

  • In the event of a cancellation made within 7 calendar days of the scheduled event, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund.Please note that in cases where a refund is possible (cancellation more than 7 calendar days before the scheduled event date), it will be for the full amount paid, minus the processing fee (+- 3 – 5%) which covers the expenses incurred from the Stripe payment system. The exact fee will be communicated to you separately.

2. Use of the Photo Booth

2.1 Responsibility

  • The client is responsible for the conduct of all event attendees while using the photo booth.
  • Any damage or misuse of the equipment will be the client’s financial responsibility.

2.2 Venue Access

  • The client must ensure the venue provides adequate space and electrical access for the photo booth setup.

3. Images and Data

3.1 Image Rights

  • Photobooth Luxembourg reserves the right to use any images taken during the event for promotional purposes, unless otherwise specified by the client.

3.2 Data Privacy

  • Any personal information collected during the event will be used solely for the purpose of delivering the photo booth service.

4. Technical Issues

4.1 Equipment Failure

  • In the rare event of technical difficulties, Photobooth Luxembourg will make every effort to resolve the issue promptly. If the booth is unable to operate, a partial refund may be issued.

5. Liability

5.1 Indemnification

  • The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Photobooth Luxembourg from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of the photo booth.

5.2 Limitation of Liability

  • Photobooth Luxembourg’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental service.

6. Miscellaneous

6.1 Force Majeure

  • Photobooth Luxembourg shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing services due to circumstances beyond our control.

6.2 Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.
